This investment enables seamless connectivity and operation of specialized spectrometers dedicated to spectral analysis of transparent materials.<\/p>\n\n<p>The computers will be paired individually with the team\u2019s spectrometers: the recently acquired <strong>Infitec 7500<\/strong> (funded by <strong>GITKOM<\/strong>) and the forthcoming <strong>OceanView HR<\/strong> model. Each system requires a dedicated PC to install analytical software, connect hardware, and process data efficiently.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>Infitec 7500<\/strong> excels in delivering precise measurements within constrained spatial setups, while the <strong>OceanView HR<\/strong> offers greater flexibility for varied experimental environments. Together, these tools will power in-depth optical spectral analysis on key materials such as <em>lead tungsten crystals<\/em> and <em>aerogels<\/em>\u2014essential components in <strong>Cherenkov<\/strong> and <strong>scintillating detectors<\/strong> used for particle physics and radiation detection applications.<\/p>\n\n<p>This upgrade enhances the team\u2019s capabilities in detector development, paving the way for more accurate and versatile research outcomes.
